We were studied for chromosomal analysis of varies disease.
Following results were obtained.
1. The karyotype of normal female is 46,XX.
2. The karyotype of Turner´s syndrom are 45,XO, 46,X,i(Xq), and 45,XO/46,X, r(X).
3. The karyotype of trisomy 21 are 47,XY,+G, and 46, X,-14,+t(14q;21q).
4. The karyotype of spontaneous abortion are 45,XX,-13,-14,-t(13q:14q), and 46,XX,t(5q:13q+).
5. The karyotype of CML and blast crisis are Phialdelphia chromosome, double Philaaelphia chromosome and 46,XY,t(9;22),t(11;17).
